Description

In the vibrant heart of downtown Tampa, our design firm has relocated to the flourishing Water Street neighborhood, where innovation meets tradition and growth intertwines with heritage. This dynamic locale embodies a commitment to holistic well-being, aligning perfectly with our values of balancing work, play, and health.

Water Street Tampa, North America's first WELL-certified community, captivated us with its dedication to health and wellness in design and policy. This emphasis resonated deeply with our mission of crafting spaces that prioritize both physical and mental well-being.

Our new office spans nearly 11,000 square feet across the second floor, featuring 72 thoughtfully designed seats that cater to diverse work styles. We’ve moved away from traditional constraints, creating an environment that fosters productivity, creativity, and collaboration.

The design reflects Tampa’s vibrant neighborhoods, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces. Central to this concept is the Tampeño café, a lively hub that encapsulates Tampa's culture. The studio welcomes visitors with a dynamic atmosphere, incorporating cabanas that provide flexible seating options and playful nods to the city’s coastal charm.

Our design strategy was informed by meticulous research, ensuring each space serves a distinct purpose. By gathering employee feedback and analyzing usage patterns, we created an office that blends functionality with comfort, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.

Sustainability is central to our design, aligning with our commitment to environmental stewardship. We are pursuing zero-carbon certification and adhering to rigorous sustainability standards, positioning our office as a model for responsible design and future endeavors.
